About Emma Kindinger

Born in 2003, soprano Emma Kindinger comes from Lindenfels in the Odenwald region of Germany. At the age of 15, she began her classical vocal training with Otto Pick and Prof. Monica Pick-Hieronimi. In 2021, she won First Prize at the German National Competition “Jugend musiziert” in the category Duo Art Song. In 2023, she was awarded the prize for the best interpretation of an aria at the ISA Summer Academy of the mdw – University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna. Since October 2023, she has been studying with Prof. Mario Díaz at the Mozarteum University Salzburg. Since then, she has performed in numerous orchestral productions, including the leading role in the world premiere of the operetta L’écosystème humain? and at Opernair Bensheim. She has participated in masterclasses with, among others, Jonas Kaufmann, Robert Holl and Clarry Bartha. In 2025, she was a finalist in the Vindobona Art Song Competition. She is a music scholarship holder of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation.
