Jury 2026

Dominik Licht is responsible for casting and artistic planning at the Osterfestspiele Salzburg. He also serves as Casting Consultant to the Royal Danish Opera, where he holds primary responsibility for the engagement of singers and conductors.
Previously, he was Artistic Operations Director and Head of Casting at the Bayerische Staatsoper, as well as Chief Scheduler and Director of the Opera Studio at the Komische Oper Berlin.
Dominik Licht regularly serves as a jury member at major international competitions, including the International Stanisław Moniuszko Vocal Competition, the Karol Szymanowski International Music Competition, the Queen Sonja International Music Competition, the Renata Tebaldi International Voice Competition, the Ada Sari International Vocal Artistry Competition, the Internationaler Joseph Haydn Kammermusikwettbewerb, and the Premiere Opera Foundation International Vocal Competition.
Born in Munich, Germany, Dominik Licht completed his music studies at McGill University in Montreal.
