The South African Tenor Katleho Mokhoabane started his music studies at the Tshwane University of Technology in Pretoria, South Africa where he completed his bachelor’s degree under the guidance of Thami Zungu. During his studies, he performed as Ferrando in “Cosi fan Tutte” and as Don Basilio in “Le Nozze di Figaro”. In 2020, Katleho won the third price of Concorso Lirico Internazionale di Portofino and was a recent recipient of the Johannesburg International Mozart festival scholarship program. Currently he is doing his Master’s degree at the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz in Köln under the guidance of Prof. Brigitte Lindner and Prof. Joseph Protschka.
