Younggi Do studied with Sangsun Min at the Pusan National University in South Korea from 2007 to 2013 and continued under Espen Fegran and Gerd Uecker at Musikhochschule Lübeck from 2014 to 2018. He sang the Bach cantatas under Ton Koopman and the tenor part of Mozart’s “Requiem” and Haydn’s “Die Schöpfung” in the Laeiszhalle in Hamburg. Furthermore, he took part at the Staatstheater Kassel in several seasons. In this season, he performed as Beppo in “I Pagliacci”, as Arbace in “Idomeneo”, as Tamino in “Die Zauberflöte” and as Kröterich in “Der Wind in den Weiden”.
